About Us

Iran Front for the Revival of Law and National Sovereignty in Transition (IFRLNS) is a civic and strategic initiative founded in response to the historic moment approaching in Iran: the imminent transition from the rule of the Islamic Republic. Our mission is to ensure that this transition occurs not through chaos, but under the protection of law, order, and national unity.

Our vision is clear and unwavering: to restore legal continuity by reviving Iran’s Constitutional Monarchy framework of 1906 as a transitional legal mechanism. This step is not ideological, but practical—designed to avoid a legal vacuum and ensure stability until a democratic, people-driven constituent assembly can freely establish a new political system for the nation.

We believe the rule of law is the cornerstone of liberty, security, and national sovereignty. That is why we promote a secular and democratic Iran, rooted in territorial integrity and respect for pluralism. IFRLNS advocates for peaceful, legitimate pathways to change—rejecting violence, division, or authoritarian alternatives.

Our core objectives include:

  • Preventing political collapse and legal ambiguity during the transition period;

  • Restoring legal identity and historical continuity to the Iranian state;

  • Preparing the groundwork for a Constituent Assembly that reflects the true will of the Iranian people;

  • Protecting national sovereignty and resisting foreign exploitation during the fragile phase of transition;

  • Ensuring international recognition and cooperation by grounding the transition in a recognizable constitutional framework.

IFRLNS is inspired by the strategic vision and legal principles outlined by late Prime Minister Shapour Bakhtiar and the original spirit of Iran’s modern constitutional movement. We welcome cooperation with all democratic and patriotic opposition groups, inside and outside Iran, who share our commitment to legal order, civil peace, and human dignity.

Together, we can uphold Iran’s unity, avoid a return to tyranny, and move confidently toward a free, democratic, and law-governed republic.
